5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable state law.

 

6. Orders and Fulfillment

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or other reasons, and you will receive a full refund if payment was already collected.

 

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries are made on business days only; weekends and public holidays are excluded.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at care@indiansecrets.in and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

8. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances only:

•       You received a product that was damaged or defective upon delivery

•       You received the wrong item

•       Your order was not delivered and has been confirmed lost by the carrier

 

To report an issue, please contact us at care@indiansecrets.in within 7 days of the delivery date. You may be asked to provide photographs or other evidence of the issue to help us resolve it promptly. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of RCPL LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable US copyright and intellectual property laws.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
